Order your Repeat prescriptions

If you are not yet registered for online services you can use this form to order your repeat prescriptions which will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. You are encouraged to register for online services. The system remembers your medications which makes the ordering process faster and easier

  • Your prescription will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours befor going to collect your medication
