York Street Medical Practice has teamed up with the Coldhams Common Parkrun in Cambridge to help promote a healthier lifestyle for our patients.
Parkruns are free to enter, well organised events that take place every Saturday morning at 9.00 am on Coldhams common
Parkrun is a great way of getting out in the fresh air. You can run, jog, walk or simply get involved by volunteering to help run the events. Dogs and children are welcome.
