The practice now uses an information law consultancy to manage our subject access requests. Kafico are bound to confidentiality and will process all requests in line with GDPR. They support many practices across the country with SAR’s, data protection and information governance. From 19th May 26, all SAR requests will now be passed to Kafico for processing and you will receive communication from them directly. Their privacy notice can be found at www.kafico.co.uk/privacy
