Immunisations for children will be carried out in our practice nurse clinics. Once you receive notification that your child’s vaccination is due simple ring the surgery for an appointment to see the Practice Nurse. Please ensure you let the surgery know whether your child will require an alternative vaccine as per the following guidance. Vaccines and porcine gelatine – GOV.UK. The Midwife holds clinics every Wednesday. They see expectant mothers during pregnancy and at home after delivery. They also offer relaxation and parentcraft classes. To book to see the midwife you will need to email them at add-tr.edenteam@nhs.net or for your first booking appointment please refer using this form HERE
Child Health Clinics are run by the Health Visiting Team. These are run throughout the week within the community. For more information please contact your health visitor.
They offer advice about child health, development and behaviour. Your child can be weighed and you are able to meet other parents. Routine checks by the doctor are carried out in normal surgery time.
