Wellbeing Walks – starting Tuesday 20th October at 11am
Roberta (our Social Care Prescriber) and Caroline (our Health and Wellbeing Coach) will be leading a wellbeing walk for patients every other Tuesday at 11am, meeting outside the Cambridge Museum of Technology, CB5 8LD. This will be a short 30 minute riverside walk providing an opportunity for connection alongside gentle exercise.
