Anxiety and depression

There is good evidence that one of the best treatments for anxiety and depression is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Click here to access an online computerised CBT course written by a team of UK psychologists.

Moodgym  is an Australian award-winning on-line CBT program. One study showed an improvement of 4.0 points on depression scale compared to 1.0 with placebo intervention).
