Doctors
April 2024
Dear Patients,
Dr Julian Cooper will be reducing his clinical commitment at the end of May 2024.
After the necessary minimum retirement period, Dr Cooper will be returning to work on Mondays and Wednesdays – but will no longer be working on Fridays.
This reduction will mean that a proportion of Dr Cooper’s patients will be shared out (and re-registered) amongst the other partners. This will take effect from 3rd June 2024.
If you have any questions please contact our practice manager, Mr Andy Cutting.
August 2024
Dr John McKeogh leaves us, having started in February 2022. We have enjoyed the clinical and caring services of the Doctor for two and a half years. Everyone on site will miss this reliable and most approachable Doctor, as he makes his way home back to Ireland. Thank you John.
We say farewell to Dr Dharani Yerrakalva, but only for a while, as the Doctor commences Maternity Leave and will be coming back to us.
We welcome Dr Muhammad Rahman, who seamlessly starts with the Practice as both Doctors depart, next week.
Nurse Team
Frances commences Maternity Leave in the next 2 weeks & Callie has decided to leave the Surgery after three years. This is sudden and I ask patients to be understanding please, as we settle new Nurse Team members in. This will mean the Practice will have Nurse Appointment shortages for approximately six weeks. The remaining team and our Reception Administrators will endeavour to get you appointments to ensure needs, such as wound dressings, are accommodated, either on site or at a nearby Practice.
We welcome Health Care Assistant Ufuoma, who has been inducted and carrying out Phlebotomy & ECG’s. Tallulah joins us as Practice Nurse Mid-September and will need to get inducted and refresher trained. We will also be assisted by an experienced Practice Nurse, Miriam starting late September, until Frances returns.
Patients
Thank you for your ongoing brilliant support and positivity to all the Practice Team as a whole. I thank you for your patience and understanding.
